My sleeping schedule is messed up again.
And today is squat day. I have 24/7 access so I could go later tonight so I’m rested enough but I kind of want to do other stuff today. I guess there’s no emergency
I’ve also been noticing that the despite the fact that I’m bulking and my bf% is 14.5, my abs are starting to show. I guess my core is catching up. I’ve been at this for 4 months, it seems a lot longer...

The texture and the taste is just really really awful. The only thing that saved it somewhat was the brown sugar and bananas but I still couldn’t finish it before I wanted to vomit. :<

It’s so healthy but so disgusting and bland.
Also I went to workout when there was a tornado warning. It’s still on now. /hardcore.
Didn’t finish my deadlifts, though, the calluses on my hands are way too painful. I’m gonna see if I can get them healed up before I have to do deadlifts again.
